Hi, I’m Devin, owner of Eight15 Home Services.

Before moving to Florida, I worked in law enforcement in Washington State. In my free time, I bought, renovated, and flipped homes, which gave me years of hands-on experience tackling repairs, improvements, and the never-ending projects that come with homeownership.

After moving to Florida to be closer to family, I worked in landscape construction, building paver patios, installing irrigation systems, and completing a variety of outdoor projects.

I started Eight15 Home Services because I wanted to turn my passion for working with my hands into something of my own. I enjoy solving problems, fixing things, and helping homeowners take care of the projects they may not have the time, tools, or experience to tackle themselves.

Whether it’s a small repair, routine maintenance, or a project you’ve been putting off, my goal is simple: show up, do quality work, and treat your home like I would my own.
